This glass is bolted in and is a do-it-yourself job if you have mechanical skills.
YOU MUST REMOVE THE CENTER PIECE FROM THE OLD GLASS AND MOTOR IF POWER AND INSTALL IN NEW SUB ASSEMBLY GLASS. Manual and Power glassesslide the opposite so if you need technical support to help get the job done PLEASE ASK!
