Times have changed, as evidenced by the fact that we're now living in a technologically-advanced society where people can easily decide to "crowdsource" anything that they feel like supporting. GIS also shows Broadway is 70 feet wide. Google tells us the average human walks at 3. 1 MPH which is 4. 5 feet for second. Math tells us the average person takes almost 16 seconds to corss Broadway.
