For your consideration is a used OEM FORD steering box that was pulled from a running/driving 1975 F250 4x4.  This steering box was mounted on the inside of the frame inside the engine compartment area up towards the front near the bottom corner of the big radiator.  This truck also had the power assist set up as can be seen in the related pictures provided in this listing.  Please see all pictures provided and ask questions if need be.  FORD Part # C7TA-3504-H (35JC10) is/are casted into the outside of the housing of this steering box.  I am not too familiar with interchange on other 1967-1972 and 1973-1979 Ford F-Series Trucks with this box.  But, I can assist in anyway by providing more information to you if you have any specific questions about this steering box.  Let me know if you need any more pictures, measurements, etc....

This box is in good clean used condition and the exterior has been cleaned/de-greased. When I spin/rotate the input shaft, the output shaft also rotates and everything feels nice and tight with NO play!!  All the splines on both the input and output shaft are as they should be with no issues for re-installation.  Both seals on both shafts are good with no leaks.  There are 3 OEM Ford bolts/nuts included that mount this box to the frame. There was a modification done to the output shaft (see picture) of this box.  The truck that this box was pulled from was lifted an extra 4" from factory height as an after market modification.  The output shaft of this steering box was modified as a result of the 4" aftermarket lift done to the truck.  This modification was done to the output shaft on this box so that the pinch bolt of the pitman arm clamp that clamps onto the output shaft of this box would line up properly.  It should still be fine if you install it in a non-lifted truck as long as you torque your pinch bolt/clamp down to correct specifications. The sale of this steering box comes with the original 3 OEM FORD...
