Fairfax County police responded to the report of a single vehicle crash in the 8300 block of Alban Road on August 9 shortly before 11 p. m. Detectives from the Crash Reconstruction Unit determined that 29-year-old, Jose De Jesus Caballero of... Police said the truck struck a guardrail, rolled down an embankment and struck a tree which caused the roof to collapse. The roof collapse crushed the driver and pinned him inside the vehicle.
