Removed from a 2000 Ford F350 7.3l diesel. Fits 99-2003 7.3l diesel trucks. Truck ran and drove. Solid harness with some dirt and oil residue, but does not affect function. Solid pins and plugs. Relays are included. One two pin plug with clip has some missing wire shield. Did not affect function, but should be insulated prior to installing (image 11). Otherwise, ready to install. See images
