Burtnett was directly behind Hutsky’s 2003 GMC Sonoma in his 1997 Ford F350 as they both crested a hill in the roadway, which is when Hutsky broke heavily upon seeing Hall’s vehicle, police said. Police said Burtnett’s vehicle struck the rear of both Hutsky’s vehicle and Hall’s truck. State Police at Newport (567-3110). State Police at Newport said officers responded to a residence on the 700 block of Pine Hill Road on Aug. Police reported that they received a phone call Wednesday night at 9:34 from a business owner who said that she found two hypodermic needles near the curb of her business on 300 block of Keystone Way, Centre Township.
