Driver indicted, charged with manslaughter in Slaton Highway wreck - KCBD-TV
A Ford F150 was traveling northeast in the southeast lanes and collided head on with a 2006 Chevy Suburban. A short time later, a 2008 Chevy Impala traveling southeast collided with the two other vehicles. Two occupants in the F150, two occupants in the Suburban and three occupants in the Impala were transported to UMC with serious injuries. The female passenger in the Suburban, Marissa Morroquin – 24, died a short time later at UMC. The LPD Accident Investigation Team was called out to investigate. Enough information has been gathered to obtain an arrest warrant for the driver of the 2006 Ford F150 that was traveling the wrong way. Source: www.kcbd.com
