The 2016 MKX has more technology, with a suite of driver-assist systems, adaptive lighting and an auto hold button that keeps the vehicle from moving without having to hold the foot on the brake, said chief engineer John Polasek. Engine choices include the twin-turbocharged 2. 7-liter V6 tweaked to get more horsepower than it gets in the F-150 pickup, or the 3. 5-liter V6.
