This Unit Fits the 2004-On Ford F-Series Pickups With the 4.6L and 5.4L Engines. This Unit Looks Like the 8310, Except This Has a B+ Extension on the Battery Terminal (Green) AND the Regulators are Different, Making the 8310 and 8318 NOT Interchangeable. The Regulator in the 8318 is #4L3U-10C359-AA (White w/Blue Cover), But is the Same as the Earlier XW4U-10C359-AB (White w/Black Cover).
