This came from a 1981 Ford F series (F100 F150 F250 etc) pickup.
As you can see from the photos, there are 3 sets of transmission mount holes.
I believe that this will fit both manual and automatic setups but I don't know the specifics.
My truck was a 4 speed manual, so it obviously fits that. I believe the other one is for a C6 automatic and I don't know what the third set would be.
