The vehicle had a skull sticker on the rear windshield and had a Pennsylvania registration of ZBH-0774. • William Yeager, 40, of Wilkes-Barre was charged for indecent exposure after police said he was found passed out on the sidewalk of South Main Plaza with his genitals exposed early Friday morning. Plains Township police responded to the following incidents:. • Officers responded to a report early Tuesday morning of a woman running down Diana Street with a knife. • John Grula of Swoyersville drove across both lanes of traffic and crashed into Greenwood Nursery property on North River Street on Tuesday afternoon, police said.
