With the support of SCCA CEO Lisa Noble, Clarke (LEFT) is moving forward on a plan to introduce the FIA Formula 4 series as SCCA Pro's newest open-wheel offering for drivers looking to move up from karting or other classes within the SCCA. "The concept with the FIA Formula 4 chassis is a contemporary Formula Ford—the step that takes drivers from karting or elsewhere to their first serious formula car," Clarke told RACER.
