com) — Police are searching for the thief who stole a Southern California Gas Co. truck along with an employee jumpsuit in Hemet. CBS2/KCAL9 learned the truck was reported stolen Monday night after a worker parked the take-home vehicle in the 100 block of La Amistad Way. The gas company fears someone could pose as one of its employees using the stolen truck and the jumpsuit. If someone shows up unannounced claiming to be a gas company employee, call the company immediately. The stolen truck is a white Ford F-250 with a license plate: 8S80970 and an identification number: 3-8712. The vehicle doesn’t have a GPS locator.
