UPDATE: Search continues for suspect in Newton stabbing - KAKE

Police are searching for the suspect in a stabbing in Newton that sent a woman to the hospital with serious injuries. Newton Police Chief Eric Murphy said the incident stemmed from a fight over an eviction that had gone on for several hours, according to witnesses. Police said it continued outside in front of the home, and that's where a 29-year-old woman was stabbed 11 times as she tried to run away. Police say she suffered a punctured lung and kidney. Police are searching for Gregory P. Moseley, 39. He's described as a white male, 5'10" and 240 pounds. Police said Moseley may be driving a light blue 2012 Ford F-150, which was reported stolen Thursday night. Police gave the following descriptions of Moseley's tattoos: A cross with a swastika and "14/88" on his left forearm. a Confederate flag with skulls and a swastika on his right shoulder. lightning bolts on his right hand. Anyone with information about Moseley's whereabouts is asked to call 911. Police urge residents not to approach him.
