I recently bought a collection of vintage automotive catalogs out of the estate of a long time Los Angeles hot rodder. These catalog have been in cool, dry storage since the 70's when the shop closed its doors. I have also listed some brochures and car show transcripts that came out of the Estate of George Barris, the well known automotive customizer. This is an original special release from Hot Rod in the early to mid 60's. It is 96 pages and cost $1 back then which was a lot. This came directly from the estate of George Barris and comes with a certificate of authenticity from the estate.
This special edition is in good original condition with some light cover wear as shown. All pages are intact and easy to read. This is an awesome and very rare edition. Due the the high price, I do not think very many were sold.
