They have been media blasted to bare metal, reconditioned and re-painted with a high quality primer/sealer. The mirror glass are original, this means 40 plus years old and may have swirls or scratches. They are fine for a driver car. Depending on your opinion of how 40 plus year old mirror glass should look, they may need to be replaced. COMPLETE KIT- Both Mirrors, All Bolts, Gaskets & Bezel Included!
