Foothill Classics car show heats up Valley Springs - Calaveras Enterprise
“We love looking at all the different cars, different upholsteries, different ideas,” said Domingo Cambra of Antioch, who said he brought his 1956 Chevrolet Nomad to the Linden Cherry Festival the week prior to Saturday’s show. “You meet a lot of good people on the way, and make a lot of good friends on the way. A lot of times at car shows, you see stuff you never would have thought of. ”. The show gave out 27 total awards to the various car owners, such as best interior, best motor, farthest distance traveled and best in show. Along with the car show, vendors were present selling used car parts and other items, and a snack bar and raffle garnered proceeds for Foothill Classics that they donate to local sports teams, The Resource Connection Food Bank in San Andreas and...
