Hot August Nights street closures begin Tuesday and continue expanding through Sunday. * Virginia Street is closed from 5th Street to Commercial Row, and side streets between those points are closed one block either side of Virginia Street. * Virginia Street will be closed from from 6th Street to Liberty Street, and side streets between those points are closed ne block either side of Virginia Street. The Reno Police Department will be providing traffic control assistance at the First Street exit of the Cal Neva parking garage from 4:50 to 5:10 p. m. Wednesday through Friday.
