This is a brand new aFe Power (Advanced Flow Engineering) Air Intake System. We are an Authorized Dealer of aFe Power and carry the full line of products.
The aFe Stage 2 cold air intake produces up to 18 HP and up to 24 lbs. x ft. torque while outflowing the factory intake by up to 117%. This intake is a highly engineered heat-shielded air box with a one-piece intake tube. Handling filter duties is the Pro Dry S performance air filter that features 3-layers of progressively finer mesh synthetic "oil-free" media. The Pro Dry S filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. The heat-insulating, molded plastic intake tube is engineered for improved volumetric efficiency and maximum performance while lowering Intake Air Temps (I.A.T). Utilizing factory mounting points, this system provides a hassle free installation.
High-Temp Silicone Coupling: This coupling is designed to meet modern elevated engine compartment temperatures with a 4-ply silicone reinforced configuration.
Durable Heat Shield: A one-piece powder-coated heat-shield is used to keep the air intake charge cool and dense.
4" 360 Degree Air Filter: A cone 360 degree round air filter is used for maximum filtration (99.2% efficient) and convenience (requires no oils to clean). The Pro Dry S performance air filter features 3-layers of progressively finer mesh synthetic "oil-free" media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.
Hassle-Free Installation: aFe has developed this intake to provide a hassle-free installation that utilizes all factory mounting locations.
