RICHLAND COUNTY, SC The family of Melvin Lee Singletary, 57, has reported him missing, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said in a news release. Singletary was driving his 1999 Dodge Ram pickup truck (SC plate JYY204) which is black with a gray stripe along the side. Singletary has not been in touch with his family or friends for a week which is out of character, Lott said.
