The 4,500-square foot space is packed with three netted batting cages, seven squat/press racks, three Olympic lifting areas, a 90-foot-long turf for sprints and lunges, a cable cross-over machine, kettle bells and other workout equipment. Like Complete Physique gym, the SportzZone is open 24/7. Members use a key code to enter whenever they want. Kalama High School Head Coach Sean McDonald is training the high school football team there.
