Oswego County sheriff’s deputies said in a news release that Gary K. Sun, 32, of 29 Vincent St. , was traveling south on the road at 12:10 p. m. when his 2002 Saturn crossed the center line and hit a 2008 Dodge Ram towing a camper. The driver of the Dodge, Kenneth L.
