FOR DODGE CUMMINS 5.9L & 6.7 2005.5-2018 G56 6 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS. DUAL DISC CLUTCH WITH DIAPHRAGM STYLE PRESSURE PLATE WITH LIGHT PEDAL PRESSURE, 12 CERAMIC BUTTONS PER SIDE OF DISC WITH A DUCTILE FLYWHEEL HANDLING 475-650HP 1200FPT APPLICATIONS. All the clutch components in this assembly are made of steel. This complete clutch has no special requirements for installation, it is a direct replacement for your OEM clutch and fits just like your stock clutch but works much better.
The kit is complete with clutches, center plate, flywheel, barring, alignment tool, and as mentioned above comes with the complete hydraulic assembly!
This high performance clutch kits feature Cryogenic processing. Cryogenic processing involves freezing the steel down to -300 degrees and then bringing it back to room temperature in a controlled environment. This process changes the molecular structure of the steel reducing stress points and making it all that much stronger. Another thing that makes South Bend Clutches superior to stock and the competition is the use of Kevlar in their clutches. Kevlar lasts three to five times longer than standard clutch material. This clutch engages smoothly and operates at lower temperatures than your stock clutch.
