One person is dead and another seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on Kenai Spur Road Saturday afternoon, Alaska State Troopers wrote in a dispatch. Troopers received reports of a crash around 3:03 p. m. Saturday near milepost 19 on Kenai Spur Road between an SUV and a pickup truck. "Investigation revealed a black 2010 Lincoln Navigator, driven by Dawn Marie Mysing, age 52 of Kenai, was driving southbound on Kenai Spur Road when it struck a maroon 2006 Ford pickup driven by Ronald King Ayhens, age 70 of Kenai," troopers wrote. Mysing was pronounced dead at the scene and Ayhens was transported to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries, troopers wrote. Source: www.ktuu.com
