This harness is used to wire an aftermarket radio to your Acura TL. When adding an aftermarket radio to your vehicle you will need the standard 20 pin connector/harness often used is Metra 70-1721, We also sell the 20 pin connector that can replace the Metra 70-1721. This connector eliminates the need to wiretap the subwoofer connections to the factory subwoofer, the navigation positive and negative wires, and the amp turn on wire on your vehicles factory harness. It is plug and play but you will have to wire the blue wire to your aftermarket radios remote turn on/ or amp turn on wire.
Here at MobileMax we don't like to wiretap or splice any factory wires, while sometimes there is no other way in this case there is. You can use this harness along with the 20 pin blue connector and build your self a plug and play solution that is easy to install.
