Thank you for looking at this Gates belt! This belt is what is known as ?new-old stock?. This belt has never been installed, and for all intents and purposes is brand new. However, it has been sitting for a while, and the packaging may not be in perfect condition. The belt may have some dust on it, and the slip that it comes in may be a tad dusty as well. But rest assured, this is still a BRAND NEW, NEVER INSTALLED belt. It is never a bad idea to check the part number compatibility on the manufacturer?s website and double check eBay?s catalog system!
