Cody Woman Killed in 1 Vehicle Wreck - mybighornbasin
A fatal crash on July 16th has resulted in the death of 38 year old Pilar R. Snelling of Cody, Wyoming. The crash occurred at 11:50 p. m. at the intersection of Wyoming Highway 295 and Wyoming Highway 32 approximately 12 miles southeast of Powell, Wyoming. Snelling was the front seat passenger in a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck driven by 28 year old Daniel W. Cook of Emblem, Wyoming. The truck was traveling east of WY 295 and approaching the intersection with WY 32 that had a clearly marked stop sign for eastbound traffic on WY 295. WY 295 ends at the intersection with WY 32. The Dodge continued east through the intersection... Alcohol is being investigated as the contributing factor in this 70th highway fatality in Wyoming for 2015.
