This 4" suspension system for the 2003-2008 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 Gas Motor 4x4 begins with new American Made engine specific pre-set coil springs. A dropped pitman arm for steering correction works in concert with our track bar relocation bracket. All new front axle-to-frame heavy duty control arms restore factory alignment specifications. Specially designed, suspension compression travel bump-stops are also provided. Anti-wrap lift blocks with u-bolts raise the rear.
