This is not your typical "rebuilt" M3. This car started off as 2010 BMW Sedan that slid into a curb, destroying a few suspension components, subframe and engine oil cooler/pan. Because of the loss of oil, insurance deemed it salvage. I then have purchased the M3 since I had 40K mile S65 sitting in storage for few years (was going to be E46 project). Power TrainEngine: Due to the nature of the damage and loss of oil, original engine was scrapped and a S65 motor with 40K miles was used. The motor received all new wear gaskets, new pump, thermostat, spark plugs and every other part of maintenance once the engine was still out. At the same time, the motor received BE bearings together with BE spec bolts. As a final step, engine received fresh set of o2 sensors as those are critical on S65.Transmission: The DCT oil was changed and GTS performance software was flashed, making shifting characteristics much more improved.Exhaust: Primary Cat delete with Macht Schnell going into factory secondary cat. OEM Muffler mod. Sounds amazing and doesn't stink.ExteriorOn the exterior, the car is nearly 100% original with the exception of the headlights. The headlights received upgraded projector lenses as well as internals were converted from chrome to black. The paint is a true jet black (not standard brownish 668 shwartz2). BASF material with RM2400 3 layer clear. InteriorInterior on this car is one of the things that make it so amazing! Front and rear seats were redone with Alcantara inserts. The door panels received red stitching together with Alcantara insert. The headliner was redone full alcantara, together with all of the pillars.The dash is extended leather version, not the base all plastic as soon on most M3s.Navigation/entertainment was completely redone. The car received NBT EVO ID6 from 2018 BMW M3. It has fully functional internet services for traffic, weather and every other function you find on a brand new M3!
