About this vehicle
This 2008 BMW M3 is an original with updates to the drivetrain. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives.Seller's Notes
Up for sale is a unique e90 m3, the only one to ever be powered by a V8 with the desirable 6-speedmanual transmission finished in a rare andM specific Silverstone blue metallic 2 (you could only getthis color on e9x M cars) with black nappa leather.Car is equipped with the 18" wheels in a rare gunmetal color from factory wrapped in Michelin pilotsuper sport tires all around. This one has just reached 80k miles and is fully specked out with thewinter package (heated seat and folding rear seats with center pass through) electronic dampers,multimedia package with nav (I upgraded the maps data to the latest one available so its still usable),smart access, parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring system, individual sound (highest and a stepabove HK) and the sun shades package for the rear window (electric) and a 2 piece shade for the reardoors (manual).Please read the list below as I took the time to not have any questions answered.
Regular & preventative maintenance: (about 7k ago when bought)
• All fluids flushed and changed including coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, transmissionfluid and differential fluid.
• Spark plugs
• 2 coil packs (broken clips)
• Regular oil changes every 2500-3k miles with Liqui Moly 10w60 and OE MAHLE filter.
• Engine rod bearings (5k miles ago) done by Malik at MRF Engineering in orange county.
• Both throttle actuators with OEM bmw parts.
• MRF Engineering Motorsport Sub-Frame Mounts (not so common so not everyone knowsabout it but apparently the e9x also suffers from rear subframe issues and that's thereinforcement required).
• Front Monoball Bushings for Tension Strut Arm.
