This is the "2nd design" or "T" style steering kit for the Ram 2500 and 3500 4x4 .
This style steering came standard on all RAM 2500 / 3500 trucks (4x4) built from February/14/2008 up to the 2013 model year. So if your truck was built after February 14th 2008 up to the 2013 model year, this kit is a direct replacement.
If your truck is a 2003 to 2008 model but has had the upgrade done to the steering (to T Style) then this kit will also fit your truck perfectly.
If your truck does NOT yet have the T style upgrade, this kit will fit perfectly with no modifications but you will need a steering stabilizer cylinder bracket...
