One of those arrested, Robert R. Martinez, 26, of Massachusetts faces charges including felony murder, Molinelli said. The others, identified as Courtney Evelyn, 30. her brother, Dyrol Evelyn, 25, and Diana Escotto, 24, all of The Bronx, were arrested there on charges of hindering apprehension, Molinelli said in a release. Detectives from his office, from the Fort Lee police and from police departments in New York and Massachusetts had participated in the arrests, he said. Molinelli said the ongoing investigation had revealed that Thompson and Martinez had lured Johnson to an apartment that Thompson had sometimes used in Fort Lee, and then assaulted him and taken his cell phone and keys and his 2013 BMW 550 Gran... Then, Molinelli said, they used Johnson’s phone to send text messages to his live-in girlfriend, Megan Faulkner, to lure her from the apartment to an address in Harlem. Faulkner called members of Johnson’s family, who in turn called Fort Lee police shortly before 4 a. m. to report that he was missing and the apartment had been burglarized, the prosecutor said.
