You are lo*^*oking at a:Please notice this is a Xenon/Hid head light that uses only one ballast, please look at picture # 5 and 8 for comparing to your light.2004 2005 2006 2007 BMW 5 Series ( M5 525i 530i 545i 550i ) used Left ( Driver ) factory OEM head light. This is xenon head light that does not come with xenon ballast or xenon light bulb or igniter. It only comes with the AFS motor and regular bulb and socket. The lens is very nice and shiny with negligeable used light marks . On the back all the tabs are in perfect mountable condition, however, as you can see in picture # 5 the guide in is broken off and that is not fundamental in installing the light. Also it is not coming with the back door. You will need to use your old one. None of these are any issues as the light will mount perfectly on your car. If you needed the ballast please let us know after you purchase the light we will search to see if we have one to sell you.
