Clinton Twp. man with flat tire charged with DWI - NJ.com

— A report of a "suspicious" person led to the arrest of a Clinton Township on charges of driving while intoxicated. Patrolman Umair Latif approached a 1997 BMW 328 on Stacy Drive around 1:10 a. m. Friday, June 26 after getting the report. Cozzens told the officer that his car sustained a flat tire after hitting a curb, but could not say for certain where he struck the curb. Latif arrested him and transported him to police headquarters, where Cozzens allegedly refused to provide samples of his breath for chemical testing to determine the content of alcohol in his blood.
