This has been disassembled and rebuilt with new parts. This is plug and play. There is no programming necessary.
If your climate control turns on and off or the screen is completely dark--chances are you need a new climate control.
Removal is easy. Pull out you OBC by reaching a finger under it and pushing it toward you. You may need a butter knife at the top of it to release the metal clip. Once the OBC is out, you can push the climate control forward with your fingers.
