BMW E30 318i 4-cyl M10 1.8L Cylinder Head Assy OEM 1982-1994 GENUINE 11121273918. Condition is excellent. This head has been rebuilt by a professional machine shop. It was taken apart and pressure tested for cracks, sandblasted, had the valves reground, guides replaced if needed, seats cut, and then the deck surface was milled.
