The estimated $4 million project will bring an array of high-skill, high-wage jobs and significant revenue to the region, according to a press release. The project was made possible, in part, by a package of valuable incentives negotiated and secured by government incentives consultant Lynn Tokarczyk and the Business Development Strategies team in Medway. The incentives include a state tax credit and Tax Increment Financing available to growing businesses under the Massachusetts Economic Development Incentive Program. Bill Spencer, on behalf of Sudbury-based Spencer Financial Inc. Spencer procured the grant through his involvement with the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation under its Worldwide Grant Program. Parsons Commercial Group in Framingham has completed the sale of 29 East St. , Winchester, to Little Flippers Swim School Inc. Marci Alvarado and Jake Parson of Parsons Commercial Group represented the buyer. This will be a second location for Little Flippers Swim School.
