Stage 3 DISA BMW E90/92 330I N52 INTAKE MANIFOLD OEM 11617559523. Condition is Used.
Great upgrade for N52 equipped cars ranging from the late model E85, N/A (Naturally Aspirated/Non-Turbo models) E90/E91/E92, and more! Some have quoted up to 30hp gains with this upgrade, bolt ons, and a chip.
Intake manifold is used but in great condition and fully functional and has zero cracks or anything that would cause a vacuum leak.
Free of charge, we will include the two DISA valves. They are as-is CORES. This is due to the fact that the flaps of the DISAs often separates from the pin when removing the intake manifold. The DISAs included are typically the module and base, so likely a new flap and pin will likely complete it but cannot be guaranteed. Beauty cover included if any are available, as I have multiple intake manifolds. A stock photo is shown, the 2006 (one pcv) or 2007 (two pcv) version will be sent randomly unless noted. Either will work but if you have a two hose version, you can plug up the extra hose end. The crankcase vent and sensor also may be included although condition is also NOT guaranteed. If you would like one with a used sensor and or crankcase, let us know, we can arrange it with the purchase of the intake free of charge if available!
Only new parts are recommended to be used when rebuilding DISAs, reusing all the same parts is absolutely useless as some sellers are doing when advertising as refurbished. The point in which fails on these DISAs are the plastic flaps, they become brittle and separate from the surround and pin. The throttle bodies are also the SAME on non 3 stage and 3 stage intakes, there is no point in buying another one!
