Zachery D. Casper, 17, Rice, was traveling southbound on Bear Road in a Chevy Silverado and Rebecca R. McCoy, 39, Motley, was traveling southbound on Highway 10 in a Buick Terraza. Casper's passenger, Jena M. Klemish, 18, Randall, was not injured and his other passenger, Kylie M.
