This is a used 1964-1972 Buick Skylark GS 4 speed console consolette 1970 1971. It has the factory tach installed in it. The chrome has normal wear as far as scratches. There are some small pits in the tach housing. Please see pictures. One of the mounting pins for the chrome ring around the boot is broken off.
