It is in very good condition. The gold embossed lettering on the front cover is clear, sharp and not faded. No stains, no dirty or torn or ripped pages, and no writing except for the inside front cover where “Don S II” wrote his name. A couple of the divider tabs have a slight crease from use but they still function just fine.
