***Installation Instructions :

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Disconnect the air temperature sensor plug and the throttle body control motor plug.

3. Loosen the clamps on the air intake tube and air box, and then remove the tube.

4. Remove the four bolts that secure the throttle body to the intake manifold.

5. Remove the stock throttle body. The stock O-ring seal will be re-used. Be sure to wipe off and debris from the gasket.

6. Bolt on this Enlarged Throttle Body using the stock hardware. On the 5.7L Hemi Plastic manifolds, take extra care when re-installing the mounting bolts. (The “Speed Nut” type threaded nuts can be easily stripped. Make sure the threads of the bolts are properly engaged with the nut before tightening. )

7. Re-install the air inlet tube to the Throttle Body and air box and then tighten the clamps.

8. Re-connect the air temperature sensor and the throttle body control motor plug. Re-connect the negative battery terminal and refer to the instruction sheet for throttle relearn procedure.
