Amber Alert cancelled for suspected Chenango County child abduction - WSYR
Oxford (WSYR-TV) - An Amber Alert issued following an alleged child abduction in Chenango County has been cancelled. On Friday evening, State Police indicated that a child was abducted by his non-custodial father, Henry Kellam, a 31-year-old fugitive from Texas who they believe was armed. Source: www.localsyr.com
