ORWIGSBURG — A Pottsville woman is headed to Schuylkill County Court after waiving his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday on drug and firearm charges resulting from a traffic stop in June in Schuylkill Haven. B, faces charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a firearm without a license. Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier bound over all charges for court after Barnes waive her right to the hearing. Schuylkill Haven borough police allege Barnes possessed a salable amount of heroin, 44 wax paper baggies and a loaded handgun at 5:02 p. m. June 20 in the 700 block of North Garfield Avenue in the borough.
