Woman gets jail for sixth OWI - Leader-Telegram

ALMA — A 48-year-old Mondovi woman convicted Thursday in Buffalo County Court of her sixth offense of driving while intoxicated was placed on three years probation with conditions that she serve a year in jail and pay $1,694 in fines. Rands, S589 Cole Road, previously known as Judith Burke and Judith Sherrod, had five previous driving while intoxicated convictions between 1993 and 2003 in Minnesota and Wisconsin, according to court records. According to court records: Police received a call on April 5 of an erratic driver leaving the Dollar Store in Mondovi. Police found the 1999 Cadillac Eldorado in question at a nearby convenience store.
