1993-up Red Eagle clutches withstand 300% more heat than the standard type. This pack is a must for high HP, heavy abuse, and racing applications. If you have 450+ HP, you need this clutch pack. Stock, these transmissions have between four and six clutches in this pack and never have the right clearance for proper shift quality. With this kit you'll be able to increase the friction surface area 50%, to nine clutches. Plus, you'll have selective plates that let you customize the clearance to the desired amount. The kit comes with everything that you'll need to complete the conversion, including a new special snap ring and pressure plate. The directions that are supplied give all the necessary info, including the required clearances. Remember to soak all of your clutches in transmission fluid for thirty minutes before you install them.
