Brothers Advertising Agency back in the 1960s. When the agency was about... At age 55, when many of his peers would begin to think about retirement, Canever purchased the Wismer-Wright Chevrolet dealership across from the Fenton Hotel, and started a whole new business venture in 1969. “He came to a town he knew nothing... “He put all his chips in one basket in his new business. He became successful in his second career with his wife, Betty and five children by his side, and truly involved himself in their new community through active participation at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, the Fenton Chamber of Commerce... In fact, Vic Canever was inducted posthumously into the group’s Hall of Fame in 2004.
