Mileage Programming
After purchase send us a message with your original mileage and we will program it to that mileage (may be off of up to 100 miles )
Also in that message let us know if you will be sending it the core so we can include a return label. (Return labels will only be issued to the continental USA customer. All other customers will have to send the core cluster to us at your expense in order to receive the lifetime warranty)
CORE Return / Warranty
If you send us your original cluster. We can provide return shipping label. You can just throw it in our box and stick the label on it and will be upgraded to lifetime warranty. Note: For all orders outside the 48 states, you will have to send your core back at your expense in order to get the lifetime warranty.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
The item purchased will be fully refurbished and tested for full function prior to us sending it to you. The cluster will come with our lifetime warranty(if core is returned) on everything but the backlighting due to it's limited lifespan. To use this warranty you will have to send the cluster back to us for rework. We will not send you another pre-programmed cluster under any circumstances. Shipping for this will be covered by us for the first 3 months. After that you will be responsible for shipping it to us.
- All of our gauge cluster services have a limited lifetime warranty (unless otherwise stated in the description). Warranty covers information displays, gauges, power loss.
- The backlighting is covered for one year due to the limited lifespan of light-bulbs...
