Both panels are in great shape for the age. Plastic is not faded brittle or chalky. Cloth is free of rips and tears, has great original color and no major stains. Arm rests are not split or broken down. Drives side has some signs of use on the very top but is not very noticeable once installed (see last pic). Pass side has a few nicks below the arm rest but again is not very noticeable once installed (see second to last pic). Arm rests will need to be glued back down.
