Instrument cluster dash trim used in all full size GM trucks and SUV's from 1988 through 1994. Parts are original factory and in good condition. No cracks or other damage. Screw holes are intact. The mounting points for the headlight switch are solid and intact. There is green paint speckled along the bottom right. You may be able to rub them out. Please look at your existing trim to make sure this has the same available switch openings along the bottom. There are differences and these do not just pop out.
